Global Manufacturer looking for an Engineering Manager to partner with departmental leaders to establish standards and develop cost controls.
Recommend new technologies and develop budgets for capital projects
Analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications or operating problems
Create and deploy efficient operating methods designed to eliminate and improve product quality
Coordinate engineering, maintenance, tooling, and procurement activities to integrate technical solutions and obtain optimum output
Present and explain proposals and reports to internal and external customers
Proven winner as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer ready to advance
Highly developed communication and listening skills with the ability to lead change departmentally and among peers
Demonstrated ability to develop staff, manage technology, analyze issues, embrace financial goals, and utilize customer focused decision making
History of translating engineering goals and objectives into successful strategies and plans
Known for steering collaboration with internal and external partner in order to drive execution
Automotive background and Lean Manufacturing.
